Any private or institutional owner or financier can analyze their real estate in terms of sustainability with REMMS and includes a comprehensive report. In addition, strategic statements relevant to portfolios are recorded and evaluated in a questionnaire. Together with the analyses of the individual properties, these flow into the portfolio report, which takes into account the various standards such as AMAS, ASIP, CREEM, CSRD, GRI, ICMA, KGAST, PCAF, REIDA, SBA, SFDR, TCFD.

How REMMS is financed

Wide geographic coverage can only be achieved if REMMS guarantees low-threshold access to all property owners. For "small" owners access is to be provided free of charge. REMMS is therefore not only financed by membership fees and user fees from the large institutional investors and financiers, but also relies on patronage and donations.
